Howling Wolves wines have been exclusively vintnered in Willyabrup, close to many of the premium Howling Wolves vineyards. The winery employs world leading, state-of-the-art technology alongside time-honoured and traditional winemaking skills.

It’s true that a great Margaret River wines are first made in the vineyard, but without a great, well- resourced winery and talented winemaking team, the finest expression of the fruit will be unrealized. Each vintage we share the same commitment and dedicate the resources to make great wines happen.
The size and flexibility of the winery provides Howling Wolves with great opportunity to create, innovate and explore widening winemaking boundaries in terms or varieties and styles. Our new ranges include the “Red Wolf” and our award winning unwooded Chardonnay.
State-of-the-art technology and traditional winemaking methods are seamlessly integrated. Every stage of production is fastidiously computer monitored and sensory evaluated. Stringent temperature controls are maintained throughout production, along with anaerobic handling of white wines, barrel fermentation and the careful maturation of red and white wine in temperature controlled barrel storage.
